ibella BEADS Return Policy

At ibella BEADS we stand behind all of our products and strive to deliver the highest quality of products and service.

If you receive an order with an error, please contact us immediately at cs@ibellabeads.com or call 800-221-9032
(Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm CST).

If you are unsatisfied with the products you receive, or if they are defective in any way, we will refund the cost of the eligible returned item, less shipping costs.  Eligible products must be returned in their original unused condition and packaging and meet the guidelines below. Please include your original invoice along with our PRINTABLE RETURN FORM with any return.


  1. Eligible products returned within 30 days with receipt will be refunded to the original payment method or you can select to receive store credit with ibellabeads.com.
  2. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase.
  3. We DO NOT accept returns on the following products: custom-cut products such as chain, wire, wire lace or cord; pre-packaged items that have been opened such as stringing materials, kits, seed beads, Delica seed beads, books, clearance or closeout items and partial lots of any kind.  
  4. Items that are returned as part of a sale, promotion or volume discount will be refunded at the adjusted price.
  5. If you are returning an item because of a mistake we made, we will gladly refund your return postage as well. Should this occur, please contact us immediately at cs@ibellabeads.com or call 800-221-9032 (Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm CST).



Please download a printable return form HERE. For your protection, we highly recommend you return your items in a strong cardboard box with proper bubble wrap and/or a bubble-padded envelope. We also recommend that you insure your package. Ibella BEADS is not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged and therefore cannot credit you for these items. Improper packaging will most certainly result in damage by the carrier.
